How do you choose which products to carry?
Each ingredient in every product is hand vetted by me personally. I only offer my tried and true clean favorites. I have spent years researching ingredient safety & ditching my personal beauty products to switch to cleaner options. I have tried so many products during that time, so you can trust that what you purchase here is the best of the best!

What product will work best for my skin type?
You can use the search bar feature to search products by your individual skin type! Just type in your skin type, (dry skin, sensitive skin, acne prone skin, etc) and you'll see a curated list of products specifically chosen for your skin type!

What order should I apply skincare products?
It's as simple as cleanse, tone, treat, moisturize!
⋒ Tone: Follow with a toner to balance the skin's pH. I personally love this rosewater mist, because you can also use it throughout the day anytime you need a refresh!
⋒ Treat: You can customize this step with treatments that target your specific skincare needs. This is the perfect time to use any masks like this one, or an exfoliator like my personal favorite. This is also the point where you apply any ampoules or serums. If you are using multiple serums/ampoules, ampoules always go before any serums, and other than that I just like to layer from lightest to heaviest. We have a collection of serums and ampoules that target many different skin types here. I like to use my jade roller at this point!
⋒ Moisturize: Lock it all in with a moisturizer of your choice! I personally like to use a heavier moisturizer in the dryer winter months like this balm and a lighter option in the summertime like this option.

If I don't love my purchase after trying it, can I return it?
All of our products are chosen with care, and I hope that you love them as much as I do! But I understand that everyone has individualized skincare needs. So if you don't love your purchase, come by the shop or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of purchase and we will exchange it for store credit and help you find something you do love!
All exchanges are at the sole discretion of the manager.
Are your products 100% vegan & cruelty free?
All of our products are 100% cruelty free! And most of them are vegan as well. Check the individual product page for more details.
Why don't you carry single essential oils?
We love essential oils around here! But it's very hard to ensure purity and quality when sourcing essential oils, so we leave that up to the experts! I love and use Young Living Essential Oils in the shop and at home. If you're interested in getting an essential oil starter kit, you can get one using this link!
What should I do with my empty containers when I finish a product?
Many of our products are packaged in eco-friendly glass containers! This is better for the earth, and better for you! The empty glass containers are great for repurposing into DIY's, propagating plants, or storage! If you don't have a need for them, bring them back to the shop and we will take them off your hands.
How much is shipping?
Any order over $100 ships free! All other orders ship domestically for $7.50 flat rate. And we always offer free curbside pickup for our local customers!
Where are you located/Is there parking?
We are located at the corner of 11th & Lewis in Tulsa, OK. Next door to Mother Road Market (but not inside the market!) We have a direct entrance from our own parking lot off of 11th street.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as apple pay. We do not accept cash or check.
